SE Division Protocol Officer Herb Bailey

The Southeast Division, Marine Corps League is very fortunate to have as its Commandant John Kovalcik. John has done wonders for communication between Departments, and brings a talent for accomplishment to the Division. I am grateful to the Commandant for my opportunity to serve the Division as Protocol Officer, and look forward to meeting my Brothers at the  SEDIV Meeting in Myrtle Beach in February. I have served in the League for less that four years, and have been a Charter Commandant (Swamp Fox #1178 Georgetown, SC) a District Vice Commandant for the Department of SC, Legislative Officer for the Department of SC, and now serve as Sr Vice Poundkeeper for the Tidelands River Dogs #246, and as Watchdog for Pack of South Carolina, MODD. I look forward to serving the Division for as long as they will have me.
